Dane and his brothers were inspired by the speed and control of the Rocket 9, and they set out to create a board that could deliver the same levels of fun and performance in small and gutless waves. The Rocket Wide features a wider tail block for skating across flat sections and a wider nose area for better paddle power. This shorter, wider skate machine is designed to increase the fun factor on those lackluster days when the waves are not at their best. So, don't let small waves get you down because the Rocket Wide is ready for blast off!

The Rocket Wide is available stock as a 3-fin board, although 5-fins can be custom ordered. Advanced surfers typically ride it 2"-4" shorter than their height. The SPINE-TEK concept emphasizes the importance of flex, which increases the efficiency of turns by allowing for faster redirection of body mass at more acute angles.
